Product Description

Slurry spary downward from the top of the spray tower through the nozzles; the hot air counterflow upward from bottom, forms base powder after drying. The tail gas exhausts from top of tower after purified by primary deduster and secondary hydro-deduster, meet emission standards. Fine powder from primary deduster returns to tower, for powder aqueous solution from secondary hydro-deduster, the water can be recycled after standing, part of the water will be used as process water for slurry preparation. Base powder at bottom of tower is sent to air lifter by belt conveyor, after air lifting and aging, form stable base powder at low temperature. Meanwhile by air lifting base powder meet the demand of top-down process . Cooled base powder storages in the base powder bin after vibrating screen. There is a beg filter on the top of separator, dusty air exhaust after cleaning, fine powder drop to separator by back blowing.
